Boost the usability of your product for all customers.
We help companies at every stage of an end-to-end design cycle. From early discovery and workshops, to project delivery, usability testing and iterations.
We work closely with Product Leads to make sure we support them in the most suitable way for them. Our aim is to teach your wider team Inclusive Design methods and processes, as we will guide, support and educate them at every stage of the process. We want your whole team to embrace the inclusive approach to product management and to inspire more companies to do the same.
We start with ideation workshops, where we will evaluate our framed problem and draw the bigger picture of the context. Then we will run sprints and workshops to design, co-design, test and prototype. We work in agile way, so we iterate designs until our solution is validated. We will be there to help you with accessibility decisions during the design system creation, as well as building of the product.
Our inclusive design journey looks like this:

Our Inclusive design process consists of 5 steps:

1. Ideate + evaluate inclusive solutions.
At this stage of the project, when the problem is defined, we help teams to ideate a wide range of inclusive solutions. This is time for your team to innovate, explore and experiment. Our aim is to widen the range of solution based on the inclusive research insights. We will invite your wider team to open up to new design solutions and embrace an inclusive approach to product design and management.
Objectives:
➜ Facilitate co-creation workshops with diverse set of users or stakeholders
➜ Help making the design process inclusive
➜ Facilitate Inclusive design sprints
➜ Run workshops and presentations with multidisciplinary teams
2. Create, Test + Prototype
Inclusive design approach increases usability of digital products for everyone. At this stage of the project when the ideas are defined, we will help you to create accessible designs that follow WCAG standards and create delightful experiences for a much wider audience.
To help you to carry on inclusive and accessible practices, we can work with you to create an inclusive design system, so that all the following designs are consistent and accessible.
Objectives:
➜ Upskill your team on Inclusive design methodology
➜ Presentations to your team about WCAG
➜ Create Inclusive and accessible design systems

3. Learn, Iterate, Repeat.
When designs are close to completion, we will help you to test them with a diverse user base to validate their accessibility. We will help your team to spot errors early, avoid risk and build confidence in your ideas. We will work closely with your Product Manager and development team to support them with implementation of inclusive designs.
Objectives:
➜ Understand who we need to engage with to answer the specified questions
➜ Plan the timelines based on the selected methods
➜ Arrange interviews with the chosen participants
➜ Conduct the interviews
➜ Debrief with the research team after the interviews
➜ Support your developers, engineers, and the product manager during the implementation phases
4. Finalise Solution
At the end of the project, we will help your product team manage the delivery of accessible solutions. We will share all documentation on inclusive design processes and customers’ feedback with your team, so they can keep enhancing the solution without us.
Objectives:
➜ Help with the designs implementation
➜ Documentation on inclusive design processes and steps that we undertook
➜ We will share tools and methods in a separate document for your team to use next time.

5. Finalise designs.
During this stage we will work with your team to write a document that explains the product (anew) to the rest of your team and your old and new customers. It is particularly important to bring the whole team on the same page, as they need to sell it, write about it and keep enhancing it together. This step will make sure that the whole team will be moving in one direction.
Objectives:
➜ Submit the document explaining the solution(s) to the wider team
➜ Submit the document explaining the solution(s) to old and new customers
➜ Help to introduce the solution to under-represented communities
