Our approach.

How do we design inclusive products and services?

What you can expect from us:

Frame 219.png

Data comes first. We base our business insights on our customer research data.

Our goal is to show you a 360 degrees view of your business. We offer you a chance to see your product not only from the wider perspective of your team, but also from the perspective of your current and potential customer groups. We want you help you offer solutions to customers that you haven’t thought about before.

We leave no gaps in user research and evaluate all perspectives equally.

Common user research tends to focus on the over-crowded mainstream, “normal” user type. That part of the market might seem bigger, but the portion per business ends up being quite small. We don’t leave any customers groups unnoticed and we will pay equal attention to each and every one of them.

We involve your teams in our process and teach them inclusive approach product building.

Our inclusive approach doesn’t just apply on the diverse group of customers. We want to include your wider team to take part in understanding your clients and your solution. Our goal is to bring your whole company closer to your customers, for them to get inspired and get on the same page to devise better solutions to real problems.

Our Inclusive process looks like this:

Frame 236.png

1. We start by understanding the context and needs.

We start with a free consultation, during which we assess your needs, challenges and objectives. We will interview stakeholders and will meet the team to understand the company and to strategise the plan of action.

2. We provide bespoke approach to every company.

Every team, company, challenge is different. That’s why we provide a bespoke expert consultation and design support to product teams. We have a 12+ years experience in product design and can guide your team through every step of the way, from problem framing to design implementation.
Here are the stages of our inclusive design process that we can implement either partially or fully to your ongoing product development:

Inclusive Research.

We provide an opportunity to businesses to grow their audience reach in an ethical way, while boosting their company’s reputation. Our Inclusive Research process helps companies boost the product usability for their current, as well as new customers.

Problem Framing.

Sometimes it gets very hard to see the bigger picture and prioritise the issues that your team needs to work on next. Our problem framing workshop helps you understand the needs of your company, your team and your customers, so that you can strategically move forward.

Frame 230.png

Ideation + co-creation.

We facilitate inclusive workshops where your team can collaboratively ideate with customers, wider teams, stakeholders, experts. This process allows your company to co-design with customers that inspire their work in the first place. It is an ideal approach to design “with”, not “for” them.

Frame 231.png

Rapid prototyping.

We can help your Product Team to rapidly prototype your solutions and inclusively test it in an agile way. We will help you plan and find diverse groups of people who can feedback on your approach, your ideas and product implementation in their communities.

Design Systems.

We have a vast experience in design systems and accessibility. From presentations and talks to hands on design system production, we can help your team to learn the inclusive approach to interface design and development.

Frame 233.png

Talks + presentations.

Our goal is to see more inclusive companies out there. We want to inspire your team to learn more about inclusion and to become an inspiration for other businesses out there. We want your team to innovate, to lead and push the boundaries of digital industry.

Frame 234.png

3. We leave you with tools, methods and data.

We want you to not to need us next time. We will leave your team with an in-depth documentation of our process, that will help them to repeat the process in the future independently of us.
We will provide our customers analysis, strategy and data summary for your future work. Throughout our involvement with your team, we will do presentations and workshops that will upskill your team and will help them understand and manage your customers better.
